Welcome to a great place to live.

The Historic Starin Park Neighborhood extends from Prairie Street (just east of UWW campus) east to Fremont Street, and from Main Street on the south to Starin Road on the north. See the map on our Map page.

Whitweater's largest and most beautiful park, Starin Park, forms our northern boundary. Main street, with its easy access to Downtown and Main Street shopping, marks out the southern edge.Whitweater Creek flows just to our east, and the UW Whitewater campus, with all its intellectual and cultural assets, is just a few steps away to the west.

Fairhaven, one of Wisconsin's premier retirement centers, is included in our boundary, and is located just across the street from the newly renovated Starin Park playground.

We are a diverse neighborhood, and a neighborly one. Our neighborhood association brings us together for a variety of purposes, and culminates in our annual neighborhood "block party."

Beautiful, safe, friendly, convenient—a wonderful place to live, raise kids, retire, enjoy.

If you are thinking of moving into the Historic Starin Park Neighbor-hood and have any questions, please email HSPNA with your name and phone number. We'll call you right back.

Also, take a look at our Real Estate page.

If you have recently moved in, please email the chair of our Welcome Committee. This group has a number of nice and very useful "gifts" for you.

And you might check out our Whitewater page to get a sense of the community.
